B A Media Group FZE LLC is a software development company based in the Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. We work in three areas that support one another: software development for clients, search engine marketing and our own music label. What connects them is the way we work. We build the tools we need ourselves instead of buying them in, and we run them ourselves as well. The systems we talk about are therefore familiar to us from daily maintenance, not only from a demonstration.

In our client work we build scalable, high quality software: web applications, mobile apps for iOS and Android, cloud infrastructure, APIs and complete full stack solutions. We take on more than the implementation itself. That includes clarifying the requirements, designing the data model, running the result in production and developing it further over the years. Whether an architecture holds is not decided at handover but in daily operation, and that is where we stay alongside our clients. We keep the number of parallel projects small enough that the people who wrote the code are still the people answering questions about it later.

Alongside our client work we maintain our own catalogue of add-ons and themes for Concrete CMS. It includes the Bitter Shop System, Login Pro, Secure WebAuthn, a support ticket system, newsletter delivery, a cookie banner, file storage on Amazon S3 and several themes. The packages are available in the shop on this site and are kept current with the CMS. Feedback that reaches us through support goes into the next release instead of sitting on a list.

As a search engine marketing agency we plan, run, optimise and report on Google Ads campaigns. We see ourselves less as administrators of budgets and more as developers. Account structure, bidding strategies, search terms and ad copy are reviewed and adjusted regularly, and the reporting runs on software our own team has written. That keeps the path from a number to a decision short.

The third area is our music label. We produce recordings in our own studio and release them to streaming services and download stores, both for our own catalogue and for the artists we work with. Recording, mixing, mastering and delivery to the platforms all stay in house, which keeps release dates in our own hands.
